Marc Marquez will not race for the rest of the 2020 season
Reigning six-time MotoGP world champion Marc Marquez will not able to compete for the remaining two races of the 2020 MotoGP world championship season. The Repsol Honda team rider announced on his Twitter that he's focusing on his recovery after he suffered biggest crash during the Spanish Grand Prix race. Currently, the Spaniard is being replaced subsequently by Stefan Bradl since Czech Grand Prix.
With defending champion Marquez's 2020 absence, a new world champion will soon to be crowned in the remaining two races of the season. Currently, Suzuki rider Joan Mir leads the riders' world championship by 37 points over his teammate Alex Rins and Petronas Yamaha SRT's Fabio Quartararo.
